What is Papabubble India’s return policy? 

Sorry, because candy is perishable, we are not able to accept returns.

 

Do you accept cash on delivery? 

We do not have cash on delivery at the moment.

 

Can I cancel or change my order? 

In order to promptly deliver our candy as fresh as possible, the processing of an order commences almost immediately once you have submitted your order. An order can only be cancelled or changed within two hours of placing the order.

Do you have sugar-free candies?

We don’t have any sugar-free candies yet, but we hope to introduce some in the future.

 

What’s the shelf life of Papabubble candy?

The shelf life for hard candy is 6 months. The candy needs to be stored in a cool dry place wider 20 degree C

 

Can I refrigerate or freeze my candy?

We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing your candy as this causes changes to the appearance and texture of the candy.

 

How can I customize your product for a wedding, corporate thank you gift, or other special event?

What is the lead time for custom orders?

Most custom orders require at least 1 week* (Subject to production schedule) Shipping adds an additional 1-5 business days.

 

Do you offer drop shipping for custom orders?
